We decorated 80 bags!

About our project: The Vinton Feed Store donated 80 large brown bags. The students created an environmentally friendly message during Earth Week. The students chose topics from animals to littering in order to share the message of Protect Our Earth! The students enjoyed each others bags. At the end of the project, I took pictures of all the bags and created a PhotoStory so all 5th graders could view their bag and their friends' bags. Overall, the students and Feed Store enjoyed this project.

We decorated 250 bags!

About our project: We got the entire school involved in this project. We used a grocery store that the majority of our students shopped at. We made sure that we put the school's name as well as the teacher's name on the bags. The students had a wonderful time and they learned the importance of reusing!
