We decorated 30
bags!
About our project: Although I only heard about this project a couple days before the 21st, I thought it would be a great project! Sure enough, the girls loved it and they learned something new and kick-off work on their Eco-Action badgework. We managed to decorate 30 bags. The girls did a terrific job of it!

We decorated 54
bags!
About our project: After trying this project out with my girl scout troop, I asked my daughter's teacher if she would allow me to bring it into her 2nd grade class. She did and the kids loved it! Not only is this project fun and creative, but also makes way for the story of Earth Day and an opportunity to teach a valuable lesson.
