We decorated 23 bags!

About our project: Bags were donated by Walmart for the project and were decorated by the scouts. They were distributed at the Grace Episcopal Church Bake Sale on Saturday, April 21, along with the Earth Day Pledge and a challenge for the next day and forever. These girls also picked up litter on their Adopt a Spot, which they regularly do. They recycle as well. The bags were well recieved and got attention. Over 200 people were in attendance and received a copy of the pledge after the bags were all taken. Other projects have involved recycling, weather watching, repainting playground park benches, and taking cookies to the American Red Cross blood Donation Center.
