We decorated 400
bags!
About our project: After learning about environmental issues and Earth Day, students were eager to help their community by reminding them about the importance of protecting the Earth. After brainstorming for ideas, we came upon Earth Day Groceries Project. It was a perfect fit! Over two days, approximately 100 fourth graders worked hard to decorate 400 grocery bags with Earth Day messages and colorful images. The kids are proud of their work and eager to go shopping with their parents on Earth Day!
