We decorated 50
bags!
About our project: We have been discussing recycling and what we can do to help, and even took a field trip to the nearest recycling center. The kids wanted to do what they could to help, so we got the bags from Hy-Vee and each student got to decorate 2-3 bags with environmental messages, and they were passed out on Earth day. I think we will contiue to do this, they really enjoyed it.

We decorated 42
bags!
About our project: Each student decorated 2 bags for the store to give out. The first bag had a picture of the Earth and the second bag had pictures of how to keep the Earth clean and beautiful. The students then chose an envirionmental message to have on each bag. We had much fun with this project.

About our project: Our kids had a blast doing this! They were really excited about being able to tell people WHY it's important to have a clean world. They had a lot of fun making unique designs for their bags-- that can't wait til they get to do it next year!
