About our project: We are Troop 1175 Daisy level of Wilmington, Delaware, part of the Girl Scouts of the Chesapeake Bay. The girls were told a short, informative story about Earth Day and we sang Happy Birthday to our Earth. The girls decorated their bags very creatively. Each girl was given a poster as a keepsake and all promised to do their part to save the Earth - - not littering, recycling, not wasting water. Afterwards we played a game of Earth Day bingo. The girls really enjoyed themselves. Thanks for making it happen!!!! Happy Earth Day. 2004.
