We decorated 633
bags!
About our project: Our entire school participated in your decorate the grocery bag program. The students were able to express their feelings on saving the earth. From Kinder to 5th grade the response was wonderful. Ralph's also assisted us by giving us a package of cookies for each class that participated. The kids enjoyed their cookies and colored and decorated their bags. What a great thing for our children to do, since they were going to start their rigorous STAR testing the next week. Thank you for this great program, our kids can't wait to do it next year. The response from many of the kids was that they wanted to go shopping to try and get their bags back!

We decorated 60
bags!
About our project: This is the first year our school has participated and the students had a great time decorating bags! It was a wonderful way to introduce our Earth Day activities and bring awareness of global issues to the classroom. We are a tiny school, but some students decorated numerous bags to help out. They are really looking forward to participating next year and reaching a goal of at least 100 bags!
