We decorated 40 bags!

About our project: On 19th April 2008 Class VI Students made 40 paper bags laced with the eco friendly slogans glorifying Mother Earth. These bags were then handed over to the stationary selling points like the ‘Universal Book Sellers’ and a famous city restaurant for conveying their message of saving Earth amongst the masses.

We decorated 58 bags!

About our project: ON THE EARTH DAY SPECIAL ASSEMBLY WAS CALLED IN. ALL STUDENTS PARTICIPATED IN VARIOUS ACTIVITIES. 58 RECYCLABLE BAGS WERE PAINTED WITH EARTH DAY SLOGANS,IN WHICH 472 STUDENTS PARTICIPATED. ALL STUDENTS TOOK PLEDGE NOT TO USE PLASTIC BAGS. SCHOOL GARDEN WAS SWITCHED OVER TO ORGANIC FARMING. A SLOGAN COMPETETION WAS ORGANISED. AT LAST PRINCIPAL MADAM GAVE WORDS OF WISDOM.
