We decorated 300
bags!
About our project: Students partnered with the Albertson's close to our school in the Earth Day Groceries Project. After starting the day with a live television appearance on KLFY-TV10, students and parents spent the day at Albertson's encouraging customers to choose their decorated recycled paper bags instead of plastic in celebration of Earth Day 2004. Our local newspaper also ran a photo and brief info on the joint project. It was a wonderful project!
