1999 Earth Day Groceries Reports - North Dakota
Just a note to let you know that our elementary school in New Town, ND
decorated and delivered 287 grocery bags on Earth Day. The kids had a
great time and I turned the delivery trip into a math lesson for my
first graders. We will do it again in 2000.

Bell School, Minot North Dakota, 4th graders made 16 earthday bags.
CHRISTIAN
Our school turned in 62 paper bags that we decorated for Earth Day. Garden
Valley School in Williston, North Dakota has grades 1-8. We turned them in
to our Albertson's store in Williston. The value of this project is to send
a message to people about taking care of our earth.

We had a super time doing the bags. All of the kids really
got into it. We did a total of 350 bags.
